Divorce and remarriage have forced us to deal with some very difficult issues when it comes to the children involved. This week Al and Dan tackle a requested topic that will hopefully be a help to those who are living the “his, hers and ours” difficulties of a blended family.

Is the second man’s wife part of a “packaged deal” when that man is hired on as an assistant? Al and Dan look at the value of a great help meet to an assistant and his ministry and the hurt of a woman who does not desire to be added into that mix.

This week the guys look at those who hold those positions that assist the Pastor of the church. In this episode, they look at just what it is that that second man is and should do.

The guys offer up a couple more things that people have done or could do to spoil their Pastor and his family and with that a warning to Pastors about messing that up.
