Today Al and Dan discuss why and how we should handle standards of service as well as working with people who do not conform to the standards set by a church.

A pastor from Calgary writes in this week with a great question for the guys involving standards and requirements for service. Unfortunately, the guys didn’t come in dressed right so they can’t do the show … kidding kidding!

When taking a church often the Pastor brings with him some new things to help the church grow beyond the point it has. Some of those new things can be a big help and some a disaster, the guys will fill you in.

Some things that have been around a long time but not working sometimes need to go but OH how people love to hold on to the past. Al and Dan discuss some changes they made and how that went.

The guys look at taking a church that has already been started and the changes that take place when that happens and some of the gain and fall out that ensues.
